    Dear Doctor

    In your book "Growing Young: A Doctor's Guide" you recommend taking various supplements before bed time. Can I take them alltogether or are there any negative effects in terms of effectiveness of absorption by doing so?

    Should I take resveratrol before or after breakfast? Isn´t Resveratrol fat soluble so it would be best to take it after breakfast?
